How Darts Burst Into My Life

In 2018, I stumbled upon darts by chance.The sense of focus and tranquility the moment I threw my first dart instantly captivated me.I soon got my first set of darts. Three months later, I joined the Phoenix League, and truly realized that darts is far more than a game—it is an art that demands wholehearted dedication.

For over seven years, aiming, focusing, releasing and adjusting have become a part of my daily life.Darts has forged my concentration and calmed my mind. Beyond improving skills, it has become my quiet, constant companion, carrying the passage of time and shaping my inner peace.

The feelings that darts bring me

Darts has long been integrated into my daily life. I have benefited greatly from its positive mindset, mental resilience and social value.

85% of success in darts depends on psychological strength. Years of practice have taught me to adjust my mindset quickly under high pressure and not dwell on mistakes. This perseverance has also carried over into my daily life, helping me face setbacks calmly.

Meanwhile, the intense focus required in darts has extended to my work and studies, greatly improving my efficiency. In addition, darts has built a bridge for me to connect with others. Practice partners and competitors on the oche have all become like-minded friends, making my life warmer and richer.
